We get your order ready within 1 business day, excluding weekends and Kuwait public holidays.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready, and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery In Kuwait

We ship nationwide within 1-2 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking

After shipping your order, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number.

If your order does not arrive within 14 business days, please contact us via email or through the “Contact Us” page, and our team will work to help you as soon as possible.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are automatically calculated upon order confirmation.

• For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all  shipping costs.

• If an item has a manufacturing defect, Voro will fully cover all shipping and replacement fees.
