At VORO, we strive to deliver a seamless shopping experience that aligns with your expectations.

If your purchase dosn’t meet your expectations or arrives with any manufacturing defects, you can return or exchange it under the following guidelines:

Return Policy

You can return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery. The refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item, as outlined below:

Full refund: Issued if the item is in their original condition, unused, unworn and comes with all original accessories, packaging, and its case.

Partial refund: if the item has been used, a full refund will not be available. We will add nominal usage fees, and the remaining amount will be refunded. 

Refund Processing: Once your return reaches us, our team will carefully inspect it, once approved, your refund will automatically be transferred back to your account.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your sunglasses with different model or color, you can easily exchange it within 14 days of delivery under the following guidelines:

Full Exchange: Get a full refund if the item is unused, unworn, and returned with its case and all accessories.

Partial Exchange: If the frames have been used, our team will inspect the item first. A set fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be added to your account as store credit so you can select your new frames.

The Processing: Once your item reaches us, our team will carefully inspect it, once approved, your new pair will be shipped immediately to you.

How to submit your request?

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us via email or through the “Contact Us” page.

Please include your order number and photo of the product in your message. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 business hours.

Policy exceptions

We are unable to process returns or exchanges for:

  • Any return or exchange requests made after 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Items damaged due to misuse.
