If you experience any manufacturing issues during the warranty period, we will gladly repair or replace it quickly and hassle-free. 

To better assist you:
We may ask you to send the sunglasses back to us for a quick inspection. This allows our technical team to understand the issue and provide the best solution.

Warranty Exclusions

The Voro warranty covers manufacturing-related defects only. Therefore, the Voro warranty does not cover the following:

• Any scratches resulting from everyday use.

• Breakage or damage caused by misuse.
